TutorSuite Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TutorSuite at https://tutorsuite.app.
By using TutorSuite, you agree to these Terms.
1. TutorSuite
TutorSuite provides software for managing tutoring administration, including students, lessons, Google Calendar synchronisation, invoicing, emails and meeting links.
Features may change as the service develops.
2. Your account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account secure;
- providing accurate information; and
- activity performed through your account.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of information you enter into TutorSuite.
You give TutorSuite permission to process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
If you enter information about students, parents or other people, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so.
4. Google services
TutorSuite may connect to Google Calendar and Gmail.
Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.
You may disconnect Google from TutorSuite at any time.
5. Invoices and business records
TutorSuite helps create and manage invoices but does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
You are responsible for reviewing invoice details, rates, payment instructions and any taxation or record-keeping obligations that apply to you.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use TutorSuite to:
- break the law;
- send spam or unlawful communications;
- access another user's data without permission;
- interfere with the security or operation of the service; or
- upload malicious material.
7. Third-party services
TutorSuite relies on services provided by third parties, including Google and cloud infrastructure providers.
We cannot guarantee the availability or operation of third-party services outside our control.
8. Availability
We aim to keep TutorSuite available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may occasionally be changed, maintained or unavailable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TutorSuite is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of the service, including loss caused by incorrect lesson information, invoices, recipient details or third-party service outages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable Australian consumer law.

You may delete your TutorSuite account and workspace through the application.
You are responsible for retaining any business, taxation or accounting records you are legally required to keep before deletion.
